Step 2: Design and Feasibility Analysis
During this phase, our team will conduct an on-site visit to assess your existing utilities. This critical step allows us to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of your project and gain a thorough understanding of its potential.
Step 3: Permitting
The process of obtaining the city's construction permit can be notably challenging, characterized by extensive waiting periods and slow responses. This is why we ensure that all of the design, planning, and paperwork is properly submitted for expedited approval. With this critical step completed, we are now fully prepared to commence the project, transforming your anticipation into action and moving forward with the construction phase.
Step 4: Construction
Upon obtaining the necessary permits, construction begins swiftly, usually within 1 to 2 weeks, with our trusted builders. This phase is crucial for realizing your vision, offering personalization options for finishes and accommodating any specific requests. The construction phase usually takes around six months, depending on factors like city inspection schedules, the size of the unit, and weather conditions.
