Consultations
Begin with an on-site meeting to discuss the client's vision, including the desired location, size, and specific requirements for the ADU. This ensures the project aligns with the client's needs and preferences
Design Feasibility Analysis
Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing utilities and site conditions to evaluate the project's feasibility. This step helps in understanding potential challenges and planning accordingly.
Permitting
Navigate the permitting process by preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to the city for construction approval. Efficient handling of this phase helps in minimizing delays and sets the stage for construction to commence.
Construction
Once permits are secured, initiate construction with trusted builders. This phase includes personalizing finishes and accommodating specific requests, typically taking around six months, depending on various factors.
