1,034 Sq Ft Detached ADU

A brand-new 1,034 sq ft detached ADU in Escondido, California — two bedrooms, two full baths, and an open-plan kitchen and living room under vaulted ceilings with a skylight. Shaker cabinetry, a quartz island, stainless appliances, and wide-plank floors run throughout; both baths get walk-in tiled showers and backlit mirrors. Outside, a covered pergola patio wraps the entry, rooftop solar keeps bills down, and the tile roof and stucco tie it to the main house. Casita managed the project from design through final inspection.
